All ZA.VE.RO. ball valves are tested any supplied with certifi ed test reports, including chemical analysis, mechanical proprieties and pressure testing results

ZA.VE.RO production range size from 1/2”to 48”ANSI API 6 D class 150 lbs to 2500 lbs, API 6A and PN16 to PN420.

AutomationUpon request we can supply valves complete with any kind of actuators, such as : Pneumatic Actuators, Electric Motor Operators, Gas Hydraulic Operators, Swing Return operators.



Forged trunnion ball valves

API spec 6D/6A Ball Valves, Trunnion supported ball, 2 or

3 pieces split body side entry, metal to metal seated or soft

seated, self relieving spring loaded seats or double piston

effect sealing system design, anti-static device, anti-blow-

out stem, block and bleed or double block and bleed,

vent and drain fi ttings, self lubricating stem and trunnion

bearings to assure low operating torque throughout entire

valve life, fi re safe design, emergency sealant injectors

available on seats and stem.


Cryogenic ball valves

Ball Valves operating in Low Temperature and Cryogenic

service to the extreme temperature of minus 196 Deg C,

in accordance to the most stringent specifi cations.Ball

Valves in cryogenic service are supplied with extended

bonnet with a suffi cient gas column length (vapour space)

to keep the stem seals exposed only to vapour and not the

cold liquid to ensure functional integrity. Suitable seals are

selected considering the customer’s process indication.

PTFE lip seal spring energised or KEL-F are commonly

used.


Double block & bleed valves

Ball valves in fl oating or trunnion version twin ball for all

services . Range of production : from ½” to 30” 2500 class

available in the following materials:

carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex steel, super duplex

steel, 6Mo steel, alloy steel , Inconel, Incoloy, Monel,

Bronze & Titanium .


Welded body or fully welded ball valves

API spec 6D/6A Ball Valves, Trunnion supported ball, 2 or

3 pieces split body side entry, metal to metal seated or soft

API Spec. 6D/BS 5351 Floating Ball Valves, fl anges ends,

2/3 pieces split body, forged steel body, side entry, anti-

static device to BS 5351 anti-blow out stem, fi re safe

design, full or reduce bore, lever or gear operated.Floating

Ball Valves two pieces screwed body construction, side

entry, class 600/800, 3000, 6000, anti-blow out stem,

anti-static device, seat supported ball, NPT ends or socket

weld ends according to ANSI B16.11, fi re safe design, zinc

plated body.

This software allows our technical department to study

new projects from all points of view including the behaviour
