Compression does not actually move any person’s position in the tree,

but it does move commissionable volume up to fill vacancies created

by cancelled accounts.

In this example, let’s say you are at the top of this organization and that the

person in the middle of your first tier drops out.

To fill the void the cancellation created in your financial calculation, the

volume of those on the next tier (in this case there are three) move up one

tier. So you now have the volume of five on your first tier.

To fill the void now created on the second tier, volume of those on the next

tier (in this case nine people) also moves up one tier. This process

continues on until all of the tiers you are qualified for are filled with the

volume below them.
