PRICING

Pricing is determined according to your company’s individual hiring needs:

Standard pricing  = 20% of applicant’s first year’s salary.  This percentage can be adjusted depending on the following:

How many positions do you have to fill?How many positions do you have to fill?

Will you require many job applicants in multiple languages in multiple locations?

Will you need our services on an ongoing basis?

APPLICANT GUARANTEES

Should the relevant employment terminate before the expiration of 60days, a prorated refund against the fee will be applied in the following manner:

0 – to 30 days 75% of the fee will be refunded

30 – 45 days 50% of the fee will be refunded

45 – 59 days 25% of the fee will be refunded

If the guarantee provisions described above are required to be provided, Foreign Staffing, upon request of client, will conduct a replacement assignment free of any additional fees.

FOREIGN STAFFING ‐ OUR PROCESS

1. Foreign Staffing (FSI) receives request for open position(s) from client.2. Client sends job description to FSI for review.3. FSI prepares list of additional questions.4. FSI finalizes job description.5. FSI prepares contract/agreement and sends to client.6. Client review of contract – authorization and approval to proceed.7. FSI assigns project # and places job description on company website.7. FSI assigns project # and places job description on company website.8. FSI researches potential candidates (active and passive candidates)9. FSI contacts applicants about position and invites applicants to apply on website.10.
