New Year's Eve: Enjoy tea and scones in Hunter’s Bar and Lounge. Your evening commences with a drinks reception and canapés, followed by a five-course Gala Dinner in The Buckholt Suite seated on party tables. Dress to impress; Black Tie preferred. • All event dates are subject to availability.• We will ask for a £15 per guest non-refundable,

non-transferable deposit which will be used against the cost of the meal and cannot be used on drinks.

• For Party Nights, Spa Packages and Visiting Friends & Family accommodation bookings, full non-refundable prepayment is required.

• For New Year Break bookings £50 per person non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required. The remaining payment is to be paid in full by 1st November 2017.

• Your booking will not be confirmed until we receive all the deposits. If you are paying on behalf of a large group please send one cheque or arrange payment by one credit/debit card.

• The balance of payment for all meals and accommodation must be received by 1st November 2017.

• Menu pre-orders must be received by the hotel 21 days prior to your arrival.

• All deposits are non-refundable. Bookings that cancel after 1st November 2017 will be charged the total value of all the facilities they have reserved i.e. accommodation, meals, beverages.

• Menu choices and special dietary requirements must be supplied with the final balance of payment to ensure efficient service. There may be an additional charge for some special dietary requests which have to be provided by the hotel or specialist suppliers.

• Should you book after 1st November 2017 the hotel will request full prepayment at the time of confirmation.
