MENU PROPOSAL
The purpose of the menu.In the following bill of fare, it is made a special menu for a birthday dinner.
40 people who will take part in a 50th birthday party, 30 adults and 10 children
it is the total number of participants.
We have created a special selection of food and drink for dinner guests, with a
special selection for vegans and children.
They will be served with crystal glasses and ceramic plates, to create a more elegant
and special atmosphere for the occasion. For starters, they will be served with small
wooden boards and decorated leaves. The food will be served freshly done and
consumer taste. Everything will be served as people prefer or when people finish
eating. The desserts will be served at the end or as people want.
The price of the service is included in the price of food.

-Sangria Rita. Lemon juice, 1800 Silver Tequila, organic agave, fresh lime, topped with fresh orange & Apothic Red Blend.
-Grey Goose Cooler. Grey Goose Vodka, St. Germain, peach puree, fresh lime, lemon juice, pure cane sugar, fresh basil, Sprite.
-Fresh Strawberry Daiquiri. Captain Morgan Spiced Rum, fresh lime, muddled fresh strawberries, passion fruit puree, organic agave, lemon juice.
White & red wine from La Bodega Winery.
Appetizers (each at 6$)
Onion Rings:
12 of our hand-breaded, golden-brown, thin sliced, perfectly spiced onion rings.
Fried Pickles:
5 Kosher-style pickle stackers, hand breaded and deep fried. Served with Ranch dressing.
Chili-Cheese Fries:
Dad’s chili smothers fries, and cheddar cheese covers the chili.
Frito Pie:
Crunchy Fritos are buried in Dad’s chili, with melted cheese on top.
Pa & Tomaca.
Toasted bread with a tomato and garlic sauce.
