ASSESSMENT OF AUDIENCE Which of these two characters can you identify

with?

Mark attends school knowing very well that after 5th form he will go directly in his fathers successful transportation business. Mark idles all the time, skip classes & encourages his friends John & Paul to do the same. While John pretends to idle throughout the day, when he get home he reviews his notes and put in at least 3-4 hours of studying. Paul on the other hand follow his friend and regularly runs into problem about his grades with his mother who works as a helper/maid to send him to school…..

Where do you think each of these guys would end up in the future?

ENCOURAGING / ENGENDERING SUCCESS

Learn how to identify and deal with CONFLICTS / PROBLEMS

Problems can be solved on the spot and disappear

Conflicts are having deeper roots

Only parts come to the surface

Assist those around you to identify and deal with problems too

Page 13: Focus on success

ENCOURAGING / ENGENDERING SUCCESS

Encourage others around you as you climb the ladder of success

“The same one you pass on your way up is the same one you will pass on your way down”
