Perspective’s fourth annual 40 Under 40 gala presentation was sponsored by leading Italian kitchen brand

Valcucine, with a glamorous event in late April which coincided with the star-studded launch of Valcucine's

new Happy Valley flagship showroom.

Hong Kong model and actress Lynn Xiong, along with Valcucine CEO Leandro Cappellotto, Mooi Living

CEO Kevin Ko, Perspective executive director Kiki Yau, Mooi Living ACEO Eric Leung, Valcucine export

manager Roberto Pusiol and Rimadesio export manager Gabriele Caprotti participated in the ribbon-cutting

ceremony, which was also covered by the local Hong Kong media.

The 40 young designers being celebrated were presented with their awards by key industry figures such

as Nelson Chen (principal architect, Nelson Chen Architects), Freeman Lau (partner, Kan & Lau Design

Consultants), Kelly Sze (chairman, Hong Kong Designers Associations), Valcucine CEO Leandro Cappellotto

and Janet Cheung (vice chairman, Hong Kong Fashion Designers Association).

The Art of Kitchens廚房的藝術Valcucine Cabinet Art CompetitionValcucine廚櫃設計比賽

This year, Perspective is honoured to announce a brand-new design

contest in conjunction with our 40 Under 40 sponsor, leading Italian

kitchen brand Valcucine.

Open to all 40 Under 40 finalists, the winner will receive a million-

dollar Valcucine kitchen and see their design put into commercial

production.

Full results will be published in both Perspective and Interiors+later this year.
