BREAKOUT & THAW MORNING BAKE TIME

Break product out directly onto flat baking pans with parchment paper sprayed lightly with oil. Keep belt mark side of loaf down. Place product on covered rack and keep in retarder or cooler overnight to thaw.

Remove rack from retarder or cooler. Press each loaf out on pan to desired size, top with thin sliced peppers and shredded cheddar cheese or your favorite topping. Cover rack and let sit on floor until space and time permit in proofer and oven. Let bread rise in proofer until about ¾ to 1” thick. Proof time should be about 60 minutes. TOPPINGS: Sliced Peppers, Cheddar Cheese

SCORING: NoneBake bread at 350˚F for 25 - 35 minutes. After bake cycle is complete, remove from oven and transfer bread from pan to cooling rack immediately. Let product completely cool before packaging.
