Summary of The StoryThere was a group assignment where one group occurred one problem with one of their member

that didn't do the work at all. (Social Interaction)

On the day that the assignment marks were about to be given, they expected to get higher marks. (Optimistic Bias)

But unfortunately they got lowers marks than they expected and started to blame Afiqah (the member that didn’t do the work at all) for everything. They started to bully her, i.e; throwing papers

towards her. (Hostile Aggression)

She even got bullied in public but nobody bothered to help. (Bystanders)

After being bullied she felt sad and called her brother. Her brother was then decided to give her a reward if she would work harder. It suddenly motivates her and she straight away apologizes to the

other group member. (Extrinsic Motivation)

Moral of The Story

● Interact with your group no matter what to ease the process of the assignment and to prevent hate. If you have any problem, discuss, don’t make your problem to prevent yourself from interacting with others.

● Expectations often lead to a disappointment, just go with the flow.

● Don’t express your disappointment in negative ways, violence is never a positive or constructive way to deal with your emotions.
