Fluency Navigator project
● Project was implemented with Lean Startup principles, with
two pilot groups.
● Oupo and Hepo both bicyclists’ associations have groups of
30 active bicyclists who committed to using the service for
commuting.
● The app won main prize in Apps4Mobility in 2014.
● Project has had a turnover of 39 000€ this far.
● Product development continues, and future funding is being
applied for.

Client is a javascript-based rich client that works on browsers and is wrapped with
Phonegap. It is branchable for cities or organisations using same server
environment. Open Knowledge is happy to support any future development.
