Place all blocks on their side with plug hole facing up. - Install plugs in each block and tighten with 1 1/8 socket wrench. Step 3: Insert bolts through blocks ears. Once bolts are connecting the center half floater row, flip that row on its side and put a nut on each bolt. Before laying the blocks back down, place 2 x 4s the length of that row under the half floater row. This will bring the ear of the half floater up to the ear of the full floater. Step 4: Attach full floaters to half floaters with bolts. Note: All full floaters that attach to half floaters must use bolts and nuts. Step 2: Place all of your half floaters in a straight line with the plugged hole located at the top right of each half floater in that row. Step 6: Add connecting pins to the full blocks of that 3 row section, use a protected tamper or your foot to stomp the pins in. Lock each pin in with “fork tool” Step 8: Add strengthening bars. The left side of the bar goes under the block ear and the right side of the bar goes on top of the ear. Insert bolts and tighten with nuts using the “spanner wrench”. Step 7: Add all of full floaters left to complete your configuration, insert pins and lock into place. Step 3: Connecting the Blocks. Insert all connecting pins to connect the blocks. Use a tamper with cloth over it to prevent any damage to blocks or stomp the pins in with your foot (Use caution if stomping). After pins are set, use fork tool to lock the pins in. Step 4: Installing Strengthening Bars. The left side of the bar goes under the block ear and the right side goes over the block ear. Place bolts through bars and block ears, insatll the nuts then tighten with spanner wrench. Push into water and secure. Congratulations your floating dock is complete! Step 1: Assemble on flat surface next to water or on a trailer that can be transported to water. Step 5: Once all full floaters are attached to half floaters with bolts, turn the 3 row section on its side. Make sure it’s secure so it won’t fall over. Once secure, install nuts on all bolts and tighten with the half floater wrench. Once all nuts are tight, lay the 3 row section back down on the building surface.
