• Consider everything that you will be doing during the I’m BOOKed!™ 30-Day Challenge.

• For example: Since you will receive Rewards for completing certain activities during the Challenge, you could set those activities up as projects.

• Then, you will be able to track the time you spend on those specific activities using the project numbers

• You also have other commitments that you have to continue during the Challenge. In this example, you could track how much time you are spending on your class work.

• If you participate in sports or music, you could set those up as projects as well.

• You could even track how much time it takes you to read additional books during the Challenge.

TrackingWe use our time to get money. So, money often determines how we spend our time. Use the FLIP Triple S ledger to record how you Sow, Spend and Save your money.

Flip Triple S™ Ledger

• A ledger is a collection of financial accounts

• The Flip Triple S stands for Sow, Spend, Save

• We use money to give (Sow). Giving plants a seed for someone else that will grow up and produce for us in the future. We use money to Spend for necessities and desires. We use money to Save for the future.

A.C.T.ingWhat Action do you need to take to Complete the next Task?

• Every project has tasks that need to be completed, and some tasks are not associated with a project

• Manage the tasks that you need to complete in every area of your life

• Organize by category or project on your FLIP A.C.T.™ List

Page 11: Flip Tutorial-Producing

Flip A.C.T. List• Knowing how to get things

done is a valuable skill in every area of life.

• Most people make To-Do lists, but sometimes there is a lot of time writing lists and little time getting things done.

• The Flip A.C.T. List is set up by categories that you set so that you can organize your list as you think of new tasks that need to be completed.

• You could even have a “category” for one of the projects you created so you can have a place to write down the tasks that you need to complete for that specific project.
