Novadot SureJet: “No Process” Clear Inkjet CtP Polyester Film for colour separations for Offset, Screen and Flexo applications.

SureJet is a high density polyester-based clear inkjet film for computer-to-film digital imaging using recommended inkjet printers. It is ideal for pleasing full- colour & screen positives in any size, with unbeatable value-for-money.

SureJet film is designed to produce high-resolution instant-drying four-colour plate-ready positives in 2, 4 and 8 page formats, with UV density matching silver-based films. SureJet can also be used for generating negatives. However, the ink consumption is significantly higher than that for making positives. When imaged on high-resolution pigment-based inkjet printers (e.g. Epson Stylus Pro 800 / Epson new generation large format printers , 4450 / 7450 / 9450 / 4880 / 7880 / 9880 series), the patented ink-receiving layer ensures excellent reproduction of 2 - 98% dots at 2880 dpi, micro-fine lines and perfect solids.

For the tag and label market, folding carton and small volume flexo plate producers in general. The CDI 2530 images digital flexo plates up to 25” x 30” (635 x 762mm) and comes with an incorporated plate loading table similar to CDI Spark 4835 imager and a EasyClamp II drum for easier and faster plate loading.


The CDI Spark 4835 images digital flexo plates up to 48” x 35” (1200 x 900 mm). This digital flexo imaging device addresses the small and medium volume label and folding carton flexo plate makers and converters.


The CDI Spark 4260 is for high-end flexo applications, primarily in the flexible packaging and folding carton markets, with inroads also in corrugated. With its larger size plates and impressive productivity, but yet entry-level price, this device fits the demands of trade houses and converters.

The ESKO CDI Spark 4260 Auto offers full automatic plate loading (and unloading) for maximum throughput with minimum operator intervention.

A plate is automatically loaded onto the drum. While imaging, a second plate can already be dropped onto the plate loading table. When the quick imaging cycle is completed, the first plate is moved into the output tray. Without delay, the second plate is pulled onto the drum and immediately imaged.


A full-sized flexo imager able to produce larger format price-effective plates for corrugated converters. Loading and unloading of large, thick plates is assisted by an air-supported loading table that makes it easy to move plates in place-securing them in place is just as easy with the Esko EasyClamp III pneumatic clamp.

The ESKO CDI Spark 5080 Semi offers automated plate loading and semi automated unloading. The option guarantees safe and simple loading of the thickest plates without operator intervention.


For the high quality flexo applications, primarily in the flexible packaging and folding carton markets. It images digital flexo sleeves as well as flexo plates. Today, packaging with sophisticated printing is mainly produced flexographically – the principle industrial printing process worldwide. Flexographic printing can be used for a range of materials, requires only short print preparation times, is low-cost, and produces very good quality print.

The process uses flexible photopolymer plates with a backing layer, a light- sensitive relief layer, and a protective film coating. After a finishing process, the plates are mounted on a sleeve or print cylinder using a double sided plate mounting tape.

DRUCKTEX (Pre-Moistened Hand Wipes): DRUCKTEX Pre-Moistened Hand Wipes are perfect for removing all dirt, grease, oil and grime including any dried ink substances.

Because DRUCKTEX Pre-Moistened Hand Wipes are non-abrasive and have conditioning properties within the cloth, they are non-sensitive and cause no reactions to the skin as found with some of the more conventional hand cleaning product out in the market today. 150 wipes per tub (25 x 28 cm).

Novapress Barrier Cream: Packed in aerosols for ease of use and gives skin protection against harsh chemicals.

Dreumex Hand Cleanser Special: Hand cleansing paste for medium to heavy industrial soiling such as lubricants, diesel, brake fluid, cement, rust, etc.

PIG® SUPER Absorbent Sock (#210) is perfect for heavy leaks. Highly-absorbent tubular sock with a cellulose filler. New skin (100% polypropylene) and improved filler (flame-retardant cellulose) increases absorption and minimises the amount of spent socks sent out for disposal. Primarily used for absorbing and containing leaks around machinery.

This PIG® Universal Mat Roll was designed after hearing of numerous problems in the printing industry. The mat only needs cut to length and dipped into the ink tray prior to press wash-up. The mat absorbs solvents immediately with no effort.

Folex Folatoner spray is used to improve the reproduction of artwork and works by increasing the density of the printed image on the Folex film (printed through a laser printer).
