Our company just wrapped up its 3rd retreat to The Fairmont in Whistler this past March. In each instance I have been the primary contact to manage the bookings, contract and activities during our stay. Although my experience was positive in the past I must say that Iwan went above and beyond in working with me to ensure our 2016 retreat was memorable. In working with Iwan it became clear that he is a driven, detail oriented individual that works very hard at ensuring his customer’s expectations are surpassed.
