First Day of Editing

• Today was the first day we started to edit. As a group we were all looking forward to editing as this part is vital if the music video is to be complete.

• To edit we used one of the most known and used editing programme; Final Cut Pro.

• Final Cut Pro is not the first time we used this programme as for our Film opening in AS we used this software.

• Furthermore, outside of lesson we all have watched tutorials on how to use the effects on FCP.

Challenges we faced?

To say we had an easy first day editing would be a lie as we had some problems; firstly importing the video files onto the Mac was difficult and we wasted some time due to the memory card being corrupt.Also we had some issue with markers and where to place them as we didn’t know if we should mark every beat or every verse
