Good day friends.

It is a strange time we are living in where each third person has

depression. I also was the third one in this statistic. Mornings started

with me in a gray mood. I woke up at 13:00, sometimes even at 15:00,

and then went to bed at four o’clock at night. I had no enthusiasm to

open my emails, spend time with my girlfriend or family, and all I wanted

was to sleep, eat, watch TV or click the refresh button on Facebook.

Then I joined two weeks of coaching with Vadim Shlahter, who taught a

class about fears. I didn’t have a lot of them, but I still joined because I

had read some of his books before. Each day we had a great time, new

information, and some homework, and by the end of Friday, we had the

hardest homework - find our mission in this life.

I had never been so serious about something, so the whole of Saturday

was spent alone because I knew that I should put aside some time for it.

I began with the technique my trainer recommended for me.

So please, dear friend, find a pen and we will do this once again. I will

help you, so it will be easier for you.

You have the pen and a plain piece of paper now?

Take it, I’m serious. Your MS Word or Text file won’t work; you need to

write it by hand. I promise you, it won’t take more than half of your

precious time.

Let’s do it now, so you will feel much easier and more comfortable in the

future. Believe me, I flew for another day or two after I discovered what

I wished from my life and discovered what my path was supposed to be.

I will be open-hearted to you, my friend, so do same thing with yourself.

Step one: Write 50 things you would like to do.

I know it will be hard when you think that you already wrote

everything. But continue writing, and when you’ve really had enough,

write five more things!

What I like to do:

Talking with women, generating ideas, critic commercials, shooting,

going to the gym, cooking, talking with friends, giving gifts, cashing out

money, promoting projects, creating projects, managing projects, driving

a car, listening to women laugh, writing stories, sleeping, conspiracy

theories, reading, thinking about the meaning of our life, take contrast

shower, green tea, lounge music, plums in chocolate, thinking about

God, charity, falling in love, propaganda, life coaching, organizing,

teaching people how to make money, finding hidden paths, laughing

until I fall down, talking BS to others, playing different roles, surprising

others, making others laugh, taking others with me, healthy life

propaganda, and finding answers.

Step two. From things that you like, write down things that you do

great.

Talking with women, idea generation, critic commercials, managing

projects, going to the gym, writing stories, organizing, teaching people

how to make money, talking BS to others, playing different roles, making

others laugh, healthy life propaganda.

Step three. From things that you like to do and are good at, write down

things that can bring you money, gives you social recognition, social

growth, etc.

In the end, you will have three to five things.

Step four. Think about which one of these:

1. Doesn't makes you feel uncomfortable or unethical.
