The role A Multinational Management Consulting firm is seeking a Partner with strong expertise in the Banking and Capital Markets industry. Proven track record in building, managing and growing a financial services practice with a focus on Strategy and IT Consulting. The person will have an extensive book of business and an established local as well as regional network. This firm holds a long-standing prestigious history in the Management Consulting arena.
Recognized globally as one of the leaders in providing strategic direction in operational excellence through large scale transformational change initiatives, they are seeking a partner level professional to further penetrate and grow their local presence in the Banking and Capital Markets industry.
Requirements- 15 to 20+ years of professional experience preferably with a mix of both in house and management consulting experience.- Book of business and network of contacts locally and regionally in the Banking and Capital Markets industry - Recent experience at Partner level with a top tier Management Consulting firm.- Strong focus on large scale operational, Finance and IT transformational Change initiatives- MBA from top tier University.- Ability to lead a highly academic motivated team.- P&L Accountability.- Market penetration, new business development and proven management capabilities is a must.
