To establish the application of the theories: cognitive and constructivist of theEnglish teachers in the “Bachillerato Tecnológico Industrial y de Servicio No.
110”; We applied 3 interviews to different English teachers.
These interviews were designed for us to detect the knowledge ofthe teachers about the educational theories and find out in which
one they support their didactic strategy.

•Those designated in the new educational reform which are essentially to develop their abilities, skills and foster attitudes.
•The student to be competitive in the academic, training and values (parent-student-school).
•Training young people holistically, that is to acquire the cognitive skills, procedures and attitudes to face the challenges and problems throughout his life.
