Who am I and why should you listen to me?
I’ve been an entrepreneur for over 13 years now and have
achieved a remarkable level of success. I’m also considered a
thought leader and a transformational mentor as the trainings
and mentoring programs I host generate huge revenue and

1. Optimization
Instead of always being in creation mode with new programs, products or content, focus on the key
offerings that perform decently and make them work 10 times better. By replacing the frenetic energy
and huge cost of creation you are able to better penetrate your market, increase your profits and finally
be able to spend more time doing what you love most. Optimization requires some self-discipline. As
entrepreneurs we are wired to be creative and it’s often the fun part of being in business for ourselves.
This strategy may require some re-patterning of your mindset or learning how to channel you creative
genius into strategy instead of new products. Optimization may also feel confronting as you develop a
new muscle. It’s worth it though – you’ll be ten times more financially successful without as much stress
and overwhelm.
2. Values-Based Velocity
“Money loves speed” is a common catch phrase. But speed without
a foundation is a recipe for a stress, you’ll need the values based
velocity approach. By being absolutely clear about what is most
important, you are able to move forward at a speedy trajectory
without losing sight of your truth. Staying fully present and
grounded, you leap faster and farther without losing your energy or
taking integrity short-cuts.

I’ve watched MANY big name experts miss this step – and blow up a multi-million dollar business. Why?
Because they focused so much time and energy on massive cash in the door they never took the time to
build a business that had long-term sustainable power. Values-based velocity can at first appear to slow
you down. But like any builder worth his fee, you would never build a million-dollar mansion without
laying a solid foundation first. Speed loves a solid foundation.
3. Right Action
“Right action” is the ability to have a game plan of what to do and when to do it for optimal results. In
this strategy, you replace that spinning and lack of clarity with a daily focus plan that is directly tied to
your short and long term projects. Using a clear decision making formula, you are disciplined and say yes
to that which is moves you closer to your goals. You become so fired up and start to see huge traction
which allows you to easily and effortlessly side-step (or quickly disentangle) yourself from distractions
and low payoff opportunities.
In this strategy you’ll adopt planning tools, time blocking and possibly even create systems for yourself
or your gate keeper (otherwise known as your personal assistant) to filter out unessential noise and only
focus on your high payoff activities.
4. Future-casting
You know where you want to be a year (maybe even two or three) from now. By having a vision and
plan for the big picture, you are able to systematically and profitably execute on the right activities
today. By having this clear vision you are able to make better decisions, invest appropriately in the right
resources and literally “turn on your machine” to generate your desired result.
Future-casting is a complete flip of the creative entrepreneur’s core genius – this strategy requires you
to use a different muscle than you are used to. You’ll need to retrain yourself to focus on “reverse
engineering” from where you want to be. (I guarantee you’ll need help with this. So stop berating
yourself for not being good at it now. No one is. That’s why people like me exist.)
5. Innovation
You continue to set yourself apart from your competition as a
thought leader who dictates trends or solves industry problems for
your target clientele. Instead of following the pack or simply copying
what others are doing and putting your spin on it, you claim your
stake in the market with unique signature offerings.
You’ll need to develop a balance between trusting your intuition (or
gut) and research. You’ll replace reckless pursuit of bright shiny
objects with research, incubation and testing of your ideas before
you fully leap. And you’ll also balance strategic decision making with

6. Proactivity
You are aware of the slippery slope of reactivity and have developed systems to proactively generate
consistent cash flow. You face any areas where disorganization or busy-ness addiction cause you to be
unprepared or in a constant stage of urgency. At this level of proactivity you soar because your teams
have the bandwidth to properly implement. Sales grow exponentially as your campaigns perform better
with more time to educate and enroll your marketplace. You are more productive because you use
strategies, habits and decision formulas to eliminate costly breakdowns and time wasters.
7. Consistency
You are crystal clear what your highest payoff activities are in your
life and business and consistently ensure those activities happen
first. From your marketing to your sales conversations, customer
communications to brand management, you have a team,
automation and routines in place to ensure the most impactful
and profitable activities always happen on time. You may have
editorial calendars, time blocking or outsourcing as part of your
system to ensure consistent right action is in place. Your cash flow
reflects your consistency – former up and down revenue cycles
are now replaced with consistent, predictable income.
8. Volume-Oriented Growth
When you start your business you often focus on just getting your next sale. At this level you focus on
ways to sell in volume in order to leverage your time and impact. Volume can be multiple product sales
in one transaction or serving multiple clients through one program delivery. Volume can also be up-
leveling the amount of the transaction or focusing on front-loading your receivables with bigger deposits
o r pay in advance incentives.
With volume-oriented growth, you witness a rapid influx of cash without the stress and overwhelm.
Profits expand while your band-width to invest in innovation and streamlining grows. Replacing
incremental, painstaking drips of cash with big paydays, you quickly have the reserves to make bigger
leaps towards your big vision.
9. Bold Action
Unwilling to feel stagnate or play small, you recognize the power of being a bold action taker. When
fear, apprehension or excuses crop up, you engage bold action to unleash your authentic power and
unshackle yourself from paralysis. Your commitment and inspiration to make a big impact drives you to
take challenges and stretch yourself so your perspective is on the possibilities in life.

As a bold action taker you are committed to win-win
outcomes: every action is a win for you, the people
you love and the world. You see problems and
obstacles as information – not roadblocks. You see
setbacks and failures as education. You release (or
at least are working on) any concerns about other’s
judging you and boldly pursue the course you’ve set
for your impact and success. By being bold you allow
your truth to be your guide and release the stories,
limiting beliefs and fears that hold the less willing
hostage in life.
10. Retention
Keeping more of the clients you have has become the priority. You understand that it is more profitable
and less work to keep your current clients happy – which means they buy more and stay longer. Your
focus is on creating extraordinary experiences and opportunities for your clients to be inspired and rave
about your company to others. You create systems for retention, repeat business and referral programs
that are automatically “at work” behind the scenes.
By focusing on retention, you have a customer lifecycle (a series of programs or steps that your ideal
client can move through within your company) that offer massive value to the marketplace. You develop
Centers of Influence and referral programs that excite people to refer you more business. With
retention as your core profit strategy, your business becomes the buzz of the industry!
11. Feedback
You regularly gather feedback from your control points to make better and more efficient decisions. You
have systems in place to give you quick insight into your financials, marketing and sales performance as
well as from key relationships such as your team and clients. Feedback is your priority and becomes one
of your high payoff activities to review as you prepare for changes.
This feedback loop is created by your team but regularly reviewed by you so you keep your pulse on the
vital data that drives each decision you make. You develop a keen sense of what data is relevant, and
what isn’t (such as complainers or negative energy people who send scathing emails) to guide you in
program development, pricing, marketing and customer service enhancements.
12. Streamline
Success feels sweeter when it feels effortless. Recognizing a tendency to make things complicated or
overly-involved, you have re-patterned your approach to business to keep things simple. Simplicity in
you marketing strategies, selling and even in how you deliver your programs, and operational standards
feels blissful now that you keep it simple.
