Susan Scott, author of Fierce Conversations – Achieving Success at Work & in Life, One Conversation at a Time, and the Fierce, Inc. organization believe that conversation IS the relationship – that we all succeed or fail one conversation at a time. We will be studying this book and practicing these conversations. The training is provided by nationally certified Fierce Conversations trainers. This “how to” training is designed with an emphasis on application and implementation. Participants will practice the conversations with each other in a safe environment to calibrate and experience the real conversations they will be using in their schools. The majority of class time will be spent in essential conversation.
