Free Warranty

Our Warranty is under the Standards for Resolving Consumer Conflicts

(2007-54 of Ministry of Finance and Economy Directive).

This product has passed our thorough quality assurance and intensive safety testing. If a defected

product is found during the warranted period, we guarantee we will repair it and change its parts free

of charge.

1. You can receive warranty benefits for our product under the below conditions.

- Warranty period is one year from the time when you buy our product.

2. We repair a defect found after the free warranty period for some extra charge.

3. Please ensure that your purchase date is recorded when you receive your product from our agency, since the

free warranty period is calculated from the date when you buy our product,

(If a purchase date is not verifiable, the warranty period is calculated from the product’s manufactured date.)

4. For below cases, we charge you even during the warranty period.

A. Breakdown or damage from the use beyond the product’s original purpose.

(i.e. if you use our cross-county product for downhill, jump or going down stairs.)

B. Breakdown from the user’s careless handling

C. Arbitrary modification or damage done by others, instead of our agency or customer center

D. Breakdown or damage done from natural disasters such as fire or flood

E. The cases not described in our warranty description.

5. Warranty services are not applicable to breakdown or damage done from these reasons; collision during

operation, user’s mistake, user’s ignorance of the manufacture’s recommendation, excessive physical

pressure on the product or inappropriate use.

In addition, paint worn-off from external impact and arbitrary part modification are also out of our warranty

service scope.

6. Excepting product defects made during our manufacturing process, we are not responsible for any incident or

injury done while you are using our product. In addition, we are not held accountable for breakdown, damage

and injury done during shipping process or stemming from your use beyond the product’s original purposes.

What is formally registered by a sales agency for A/S can only receive the service from HQ.

We will do our best to swiftly provide you with the desired service when you apply for the service in

our agency first.

crank equipped. Easy to attach/remove with tools, 5mm and

8mm wrenches.

Sophisticated and high-value product representing the cream

of CNC processing technology.

TRUSS-shaped CNC MONOCOQUE Product made in Korea

with scarcity value since impossible to churn out.

Repeated simulation and field testing of chain ring tooth

profile improved the functionality of the chainring’s gearbox

pin and lamp. FIERCE’s unique and efficient chainring

shifting line.

22T-32T-44T Standard -type chain ring, whose speed of

change section and tooth profile were optimized with

repeated simulations and field testing. Speed change timing

from the chain ring of no.2 to no.3 has been significantly

improved with a differentiated shifting pin and lamp.

Ceramic balls make the wheels more flexible and sturdier.

Support pipe, which support internal and external wheels of

bearing, optimizes the crank’s rotation power and

compatibility with other frames when you complete

assembling it.

In addition, Diverse sizes of BB Space ring allow more

precise setting of the crank’s gap between left and right. A

wide range of 14 colors effectively meet customers’ various

needs.

The diverse sizes of BB(BOTTOMBRACKET) space ring -

2mm*2+1mm*2+1.5mm*1, 5ea- and frame BB sheel allow

more precise adjustment.
