With new exhibitors it is important that a sample/photo of your craft or product is available for viewing.We operate a strict policy of a maximum of 20% bought-in for those selling hand-made crafts and you confirm that by your signature below. I will not be cooking/demonstrating unless I advise otherwise.

I accept that whilst my stand preference will be considered, it cannot be guaranteed until the £200 deposit hasbeen paid with the balance payable by 30th June 2013 to guarantee stand space.

The Festival of Arts and Crafts event needs to maintain its aims and objectives of quality,minimal duplication and policy on bought-in goods and I agree that my stand will have a backdrop and be of
