    I. Make way for positive changes

    A. Inner FengShui: positive thinking and energy circulation is keyB. Clutter & Space cleansing

    1. Four types of clutter: common, symbolic, energy, and mental/emotional2. Steps for clearing clutter:

    a. Set aside enough uninterrupted time and play some fun musicb. Keep thinking about the positive things youre making room forc. For each item you come across ask these questions: Do I love it?

    Do I use it? Do I need it? Does it bring positive feelings and make

    me smile?

    d. Sort the items into 1 of 7 piles: garbage, recycling, donations,filing, future gifts, not sure, & storage

    e. After clearing the clutter, perform your favorite space cleansingthen a personal cleansing

    II. Everything has energy that can either be beneficial or harmful

    A. Energy that works against you:1. Sharp energy: pointed objects or sharp corners2. Fast-moving energy: long hallways or staircases3. Oppressive energy: exposed beams and low ceilings4. Stagnant energy: clutter and excessive furniture5. Missing energy: deficient energy centers or corners

    B. Solutions & EnhancementsA. Multitaskers: mirrors, crystals, & wind chimes

    1. Expand, circulate, multiply, attract, reflect, & diffuse energya. Mirrors: amplify & multiply energy

    1. Use big mirrors that reflect entire body plus extraroom above the head

    2. Put mirrors where they will reflect healthy plants3. Keep them clean4. Hang in small spaces to expand the room5. Avoid sharp-edged mirrors, mirror tiles, cracked,

    broken or warped mirrors

    6. Do not allow clutter to form in front of a mirror7. Use convex mirrors & mirror balls to divert

    from the front entrance & opposite your bed

    III. Nine Centers of the Bagua

    A. Energy center locations1. Draw an overhead sketch of your home (including garage, porch, etc) and

    lay the diagram on top

    2. If you are missing a center, use stablizers and energizers to bring thecenter back to your life

    a. For example, place a large mirror with a plant in front of it on thewall closest to the missing center

    3. Find the link between the room and the energy center in your lifea. For example: do you keep the litter box in the love & relationships

    center? What does that indicate about your love lifeb. Bathrooms: dangerous place for any center

    1. Keep the bathroom door closed2. Keep the toilet seat down (the toilet is the most harmful

    element for your finances)

    3. Keep a small lamp/night light on4. Place a healthy plant higher than the toiled (but not on the

    toilet)

    5. Hang a crystal above the sink, shower and tub drains6. Put flowers on both sides of the toilet7.

    Add specific enhancements for each center

    B. Health & Well-Being (in the center)1. Elements: earth & sun2. Colors: Yellow & Green3. Things to keep out of this area:

    a. Clutter, garabge and dirtb. If your bathroom is in this area, keep a mirror on the outside of

    the door to keep healthy energy from going down the drains

    c. If you have a staircase here, place heavy objects at the bottom,wrap silk vines around the banisters, and hang a crystal at the top

    d. If you have a fire place or stove here, place a water element on ornear it

    4. Enhancements:a. Symbols and items of earth (stones, shells, ceramics, etc)b. Paintings, symbols & photos of the earth, sun, stars or sunrisec. Abundant artwork with fields of daisies, sunflowers & yellow
