AT YOUR SERVICE RENTALS (“AYS”)

FENCE RENTAL AGREEMENT - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. DELIVERY DATE : _____________________ TERM OF RENTAL :_____________________

2. This agreement will commence on the day equipment is delivered to customers’ premises and

terminate upon removal of equipment from premises in good condition.

3. Customer will be billed in advance for initial term of the Agreement. No prorated credit will be

given.

4. The customer agrees not to cause equipment to be removed from job location without specific

written consent from AYS.

5. The customer agrees to exercise care in the use and handling of equipment and will be

responsible for any damages to equipment. Customer is responsible for the replacement cost of

the equipment, if complete loss occurs, including fire and theft. Replacement cost of a standard

fence panel is $100.

6. Customer assumes all risk and liability for injury to any person or damage to any property arising

from the use, condition, possession or storage of the rented equipment. Customer will

indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AYS, its agents and employees for all claims, losses or

damages relating to the use of equipment.

7. Customer agrees to maintain personal injury, property damage and general liability insurance

insuring the interest of AYS, Lessee, and their authorized agents and employees. The policy will

be for primary coverage and will have limits acceptable to AYS. Upon request by AYS, Lessee

shall deliver a certificate evidencing such insurance coverage.

8. AYS hereby accepts customer’s order for equipment and services, but such acceptance is

expressly conditional upon acceptance of the conditions set forth herein. In the event the

agreement is not signed, payment against any invoices shall constitute agreement to these

terms.

9. Credit card information (if submitted herewith) is true and accurate and AYS is authorized to use

this information for payment of amount billed.
