Feminism is about equality which is giving equal rights and attention to woman. Feminism is a

collection of movements, ideologies aimed at defining, establishing and defending equal

political, economic cultural and social rights for woman. This includes seeking to establish equal

opportunities for women in education and employment. The concept of feminism has evolved

from the critical examination of inequality between genders, which are obviously male or

female.

The advantages of feminism is woman have gain equality, able to take part in elections, able to

speak in public without fear and also able to demand their rights. Women can work and support

themselves. This allowed women to be independent people instead of just the property of their

fathers and husbands. There are also some disadvantages. Genital difference. Some women think

that a man and a woman should be equal in everything. And everything includes their physics

which leads their desire to have the same body; some women have preferred to live with a

lesbian. Harassment. In some countries such as Mexico, it is dangerous when a man sees a

woman, because she is able to consider it as harassment

There are few importance of feminism can be said that, it values human life through recognizes

woman that man n woman are equivalent and have same rights each other. It also makes world a

better place where woman should be given opportunities to grow. Moreover, foundation of

equality, where man or woman, no one has more rights than the other. open opportunity for

woman and the future.

There are few concepts and theories which oppose the world to achieve feminism. And

there also few type of violation against women is happening that is abuse. There are 4 types of

abuse that is physical abuse, financial abuse, mental abuse as well as verbal abuse. As long as

this abuses happens there won’t reach time to achieve feminism not only in Malaysia but all

around the world.
