☐ Registration + Fees: We request that designers register early to secure a spot in a show. Time slots avail-able on a first-come, first-served basis. Fees must be paid in full to be listed on the calendar.

☐ Models: We provide 25 models, or you may use your own models, providing that they are professional. If you use your own models, this will not reduce the designer registration fee.

☐ Release Form: Designers must sign a release form allowing Cannes Fashion Festival to use their image for publicity material. Please submit your signed Designer Release Form, attached.

☐ Hair + Makeup: We provide hair stylist and makeup artist for each model.

Completion of this registration form acts as a contract between International Business Association Inc (Cannes Fashion Festival 2015) and the designer. Please complete and sign the attached Registration Form and submit payment as directed.

Celebrating Fashion

☐ Music: You must provide music on a CD or USB key for your show. Make sure your CD/USB key is properly labeled with your name, collection name and any additional information the sound technician will need.

☐ Visuals/Logos/Credits: There is a large center screen at the beginning of the runway. Please submit a CD or USB key (separate from your music CD/USB key) labelled with your name, collection name, and any additional instructions with the multimedia you would like to project on the screens on the day of your show. Examples of multimedia include a PowerPoint presentation with your logo, credits for any modelling agencies, or background ambiance visuals such as photos or videos. Feel free to use your cre-ativity!

☐ Staging Area + Dressing Room: We provide staging area + dressing room and dressers. You are re-sponsible for your models. Provide snacks and drinks for your models. No alcohol is permitted backstage. Please keep the area clean, bagging all garbage, and double-checking to ensure nothing is left behind as Cannes Fashion Festival is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

☐ Backstage Access: Only designers, models, two dressers, hair stylists and makeup artists are allowed backstage access.

☐ Photographs + Videos: Cannes Fashion Festival has a team of professional photographers and videog-raphers who capture photos and video of every model for every show. Cannes Fashion Festival runway photos that are used for print must credit both the photographer and Cannes Fashion Festival. Video and images are made available to designers after Cannes Fashion Festival at no charge.

☐ Marketing/Promotions Designers are required to:

- Provide bio, designer approved image, logo and up to 4 images for pre-event promotion and inclusion in the Official Program Book.- Provide images (up to 50) to be posted in the e-Boutique page and link to your e-commerce site, stock-ists list or your contact form.- Submit your promotional materials, such as press kits, business cards, and brochures to Cannes Fashion Festival staff the day of your show for distribution to show attendees and at the Press Lounge.

☐ Cancellation Fees. Once confirmed, 100%

☐ After completed resgistration form and payment are received, Cannes Fashion Festival will follow up with detailed questions on designer show arrangements.

By agreeing to exhibit your collection at the Cannes Fashion Fashion Festival, you agree to the above terms and following conditions: The designer indemnifes the Cannes Fashion Festival for any loss, damage caused or suffered, as a result of entering into the Cannes Fashion Festival. The designer also waivers all rights to take any legal actions against the Cannes Fashion Festival. The designer agrees to be bound by any terms or condi-tions as set out on this “Designer’s Registration Form”. Any legal dispute will be settled by a court of law in the State of Delaware, U.S.A.
