Open OLGA 

New

Point to Empty project and name the project with whatever you want.

In our case the project name is "A10"

Copy the deviation survey data in the attached sheet and right click on the top left corner of the grid, paste.

You should have the deviation data loaded with the well path as displayed 

below...

Now go for Tubing tab next to Casing and enter the tubing (completion) information as per completionsketch in post # 3

Choose "Single tubing"
