Welcome to Falmouth Week 2016 This is always one of the highlights in Falmouth which has a vibrant and varied events calendar. From racing out on the water to the many activities taking place across Falmouth town centre there is something for everyone. This programme gives a snapshot of the week, visit www.falmouthweek.co.uk for the full listing. I would personally like to thank all the sponsors, partners and volunteers whose support ensures the week continues to be a success.

Richard GatesChairman Shoreside Committee & Falmouth Town Manager

Falmouth Week, the largest regatta in the south-west, is organised by The Port of Falmouth Sailing Association (PoFSA) an association run by the 7 major sailing clubs of Falmouth, Mylor, St Mawes and Helford areas of Cornwall. PoFSA members also include local class associations and local village regattas. PoFSA’s principle purpose is to promote sailing in the Falmouth bay area by organising a range of racing activities. These events range from village regattas to World Championships. An event like Falmouth Week is not possible without the tremendous support from our sponsors. So a big thank you to all of them and in particular our two main sponsors,International Paint and Freemans Wharf.

Charles ChoakChairman of PoFSA
