Application Timeline

• Allow 1-2 business days to process a submitted application

• You will receive correspondence about your missing items

• When all required materials are received, applications are sent for review

• A decision typically comes within 5-10 business days

• You’ll be notified via email

SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION

Financial Aid

• Complete your FAFSA by the deadlines

• Academic year (Fall and Spring) – October 31st

• Fall only – October 31st

• Spring only – October 1st

• Summer – April 1st

• Enroll in at least half-time for eligibility

• Graduate students – 4.5 hours/semester

• Undergraduate students – 6 hours/semester

Graduate Assistantships

• Available for graduate students who carry a minimum of 6 credit hours each semester

• GA’s work approximately 20 hours each week

• Applications for graduate assistantships are available online through the Human Resource Department's website

Citadel’s MAT Testing Center

• 60 minute test of 120 analogies

• Cost - $100

• Exams begin at 10am

• Tests can be offered during the week with advanced notice
