Modern German web o� set press MAN ROLAND «UNISET 75» produces approximately 20 mln of colored and black-white A3 pages per month.

Technical data: paper size from 350 up to 965 mm, density for newsprint from 36 — 48 g/m and for uncoated paper up to 80 g/m.

Double-sided printing in a single pass with highest print quality illustrates the unique potential of the SPEEDMASTER SM 102. Equipped with the extra options, the SPEEDMASTER SM 102 enables printers to work with an eye on future. Extended preset functions reduce setup work to a minimum. This high level of automation makes the press particularly cost-e� ective.MAN ROLAND 204 Is the only press in its format class that can process substrates from 0.04 to 0.8 mm thick. And, with additional equipment for board, it delivers remarkably � at sheet travel. Its double-diameter impression cylinders and transferters ensure gentle sheet travelling. MAN ROLAND 705 handles stock thicknesses from 0.04 mm up to 1 mm as well as PVC foil, making it a genuinely versatile press for just about every substrate – from papers to packaging, cartons, plastics and composites. With inline coating and quality control options the Roland 705 is an ideal � t for most print products.

NEWSPAPERS, MAGAZINES AND BROCHURESOn newsprint and uncoated paper, from DIN A2 up to A5, with di� erent quantity and combination of colored and black-white pages. We are able to print around 1 mln newspapers per day.

With the Diamant Bookline we can produce standard hardcover books, as well as books with integral, full-� ap or even plastic covers – all at top quality. The spines of the incoming blocks are warmed up by infrared heaters so that they can be perfectly rounded..
