RETURNED GOODS Product that is in full case quantities and in saleable condition may be returned within 365 days from the invoice date with a 25% restock fee. Returns due to Precept shipping errors, or defective products (see Warranty) will not incur a restock fee. Discontinued and Made to Order items are non-returnable. All returns must have prior approval and a return authorization number to be accepted.

FREIGHT Freight pre-paid on orders for 25 cases or more to be shipped within the contiguous United States.

WARRANTYSELLER warrants its branded Products to the original BUYER to be free from defects in workmanship and materials when used for the purpose intended by qualified personnel. The warranty shall extend six months from date of delivery. Notice of any such claimed defect must be given in writing to SELLER no later than 30 days after BUYER has reason to believe that a defect exists. SELLER shall have the right to inspect the claimed defective Products at such time and place as it reasonably requests. Products shall be returned to SELLER only upon written authorization and at SELLER’S cost. THIS WARRANTY IS GRANTED IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND IS IN LIEU OF ANY AND ALL OTHER OBLIGATIONS OR LIABILITY ON SELLER’S PART. The warranty for products not covered by Seller’s warranty shall be limited to that available from the original manufacturer, if any.

ASTM F2100 Face Mask StandardsThree levels of protection are derived from standards that measure five performance characteristics:

Fluid Penetration Resistance How well the mask protects against blood or other potentially infectious fluids. Measures resistance at one of three velocities corresponding to human blood pressures; 80, 120, and 160 mmHg.

Bacterial Filtration Efficiency (BFE) How well the mask protects against harmful bacteria. Effectiveness is measured using bacteria with a mean particle size of 3.0 µm (microns) ± 0.3 µm.

Sub-micron Particulate Filtration Efficiency (PFE) How well the mask protects against harmful aerosol particles. Effectiveness is measured using particulates down to the size of 0.1 µm (microns).

Differential Pressure (Delta P, or ∆P) How breathable is the mask. Measures resistance to air flow— the lower the number, the higher the air flow and, therefore, breathability.

Flame Resistance Measures the potential burn rate of the mask. Materials must meet Class 1 requirements indicating no unusual burning characteristics.

Isolation Masks provide wearers with soft comfortable protection. Soft, breathable materials help maintain coolness. Earloops are non-irritating and exhibit excellent elasticity, and are sonically welded for durability. Precept’s Isolation Mask provide excellent bacterial (BFE) and particulate (PFE) filtration efficiencies.

Fluid Resistant Procedure and Surgical Masks provide the highest levels of rated protection with masks meeting Level 2 and Level 3 performance requirements as defined by ASTM F2100. Precept’s fluid resistant face masks maintain excellent breathability while providing the highest levels of fluid protection and outstanding bacterial (BFE) and particulate (PFE) filtration efficiencies. Masks are available with or without anti-fog foam, and with or without extended face shields. Extended face shield are available with specially designed anti-fog coatings and anti-fog/anti-glare coatings for enhanced clarity.

Surgical Masks are available in a variety of styles, including standard, classic, pouch and horizontal tie masks. Integrated layers work together to provide mask that are cool and breathable. Each surgical mask incorporates inner facing materials with excellent fiber pindown, which helps prevent facial irritation making the masks excellent for use during long procedures.

Specialty Masks include various types of face masks offerings, including options for sensitive skin, specialty anti-fog features to ensure optical clarity, and laser masks. Precept’s Tape Fog-Shield® face masks feature a non-allergenic pressure sensitive tape that provide a secure seal and comfortable fit. Precept also offers a line of specialty masks that utilize its exclusive “Stretch Knit ™” ties which adjust to the face for a snug fit thereby reducing “blow-by”

N95 Surgical Respirators are NIOSH approved and meet CDC Guidelines for TB Exposure Control. Precept N95 respirators meet the Level 3 performance requirements of ASTM F2100.

Child-Friendly Masks are available in children and adult sizing. Child size improves fit and protection for children, and colorful fun prints encourage compliance. Adult child-friendly masks are available in procedure and surgical styles.

Full Length and ¾ Length Face Shields include a soft foam strip that cushions against the forehead, and the soft elastic headband helps provide a secure, comfortable fit. Each shield is treated with a specialty anti-fog coating to ensure optical clarity. Face shields are designed to be worn in conjunction with Precept’s various styles of face masks.

Precept Eyewear is lightweight and comfortable providing wrap around eye protection. Eye shield lenses are optically clear and anti-fog providing enhanced clarity. The reusable frames are available in five attractive colors: Black, Blue, Green, Pink, and Purple. Users have the cost effective option of replacing frames and/or lenses. Eye shields are designed to be worn in conjunction with Precept’s various styles of face masks for added facial protection.

*In order to obtain the maximum level of protection from your Precept N95 Respirator, a fit test should be conducted prior to the first use. Fit testing should also be conducted on an annual basis and any time there is a change that might affect fit quality (example: facial plastic surgery, excessive weight gain or loss, etc.)

**The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommends the use of face masks in healthcare settings for all patients exhibiting symptoms of a respiratory infection.
