When Setting up a New Account first you need to select the country of the Client User from the dropdown menu.

After selecting the country input Client Organization

Next comes the Access Code nameWhen selecting the access code please select the beginning that matches your location such as USA, EUK, CAN
etc. The example given is for either USA or USE. IMPORTANT after the hyphen you have up to 11 characters alpha or numeric.

Password TypeYou can choose to password protect your access code by selecting a password type. “One Entry” passwords are good for only one use. “Multi Entries” means one password given which can be used multiple times. If selecting “One Entry” you have to tell
the system how many passwords to create. Once the system creates the passwords they are sent via email.

Tailored ReportYou can choose to tailor a report from the drop down menu. When selecting a tailored report the printed assessment heading will change along with a bit of the reading guide and the color. For example if you select a tailored Leadership Assessment the
report will read… Extended DISC Leadership Assessment and the report will contain the leadership and management competency pages.

Send Method should be PDF file
Send to Respondent - the report will be sent to the respondent upon completion

To Email and Bcc – enter the email address the report will be sent toWhen adding more than one email address per line separate the email addresses with a (;) semi-colon with no spaces in
between emails or at the end. If you choose to send the report to the respondent immediately you can send a custom email message as well.

Person AllowanceWhen setting the Person Allowance you can either select Unlimited which will draw points from your points bank or you have the option to lock down (blank space) a specific amount of assessments. When locking down a specific number of assessments to an access code once the assessments run out the access code will not be available
again until more assessments are added or locked down again.

Choose from the drop down menu the language you would like the report to be printed in.

Remaining Selections
These are pretty self explanatory. Profile I on Graphs are the arrows printed on the Graphical Page. If you have a Job Analysis you can add it to the access code from the Add Job Comparison to Report from the drop down menu. We normal select NO to
Ask Country or Native Language so that we do not offend anyone but it is your choice.
