Project Introducation

•Brief Intro

Explore China is initiated to make the world understand China

better through bridging the west and east.

Foreign volunteers will participate in a series of Chinese culture

to have a wider engagement and interaction with local Chinese

people. Gaining comprehensive experiences of Chinese culture,

the foreign volunteers will utilize the social media to spread what

they have witnessed and learnt about China.

The long term vision for the project is to establish

new platform between university students across the

world to Promote Chinese intangible culture heritage

and raise the awareness of Chinese traditional

inheritance.

• Accomadation&Food

Free accomdation is provided and you will live in host

family,but you need to cover the food yourself.

• Job Description:

1. Culture Learning Trainee will attend classes

such as calligraphy, paper

cutting, Kung Fu every week

and prepare culture show at

the end of the project.

2. Culture Taste Folk artists with unique skills are living everywhere in the city, we will explore the city, visit these artists, communicate with them and learn from them. There will be a specific topic in every week such as food culture, Taoist culture.


4. Culture Show We will prepare a Culture Show with

community at the end of the project. You

can present what you have learnt in the

last few weeks and show the culture from

your country. There will be many citizens

and students come and watch.

3.Culture Exchange Trainees are required to host an

English Corner in the university at the

end of each week.Y ou can introduce

the culture from your country and

discuss with students about Chinese

culture according to the weekly topic.

5. Others You will have many chances to participate in activities of

local committee by designing and facilitate sessions, such as

Engaged with AIESEC. You will attend the weekly review

meeting, review and communicate with us about the whole

populous city in Central China. It lies in the eastern Jianghan

Plain at the intersection of the middle reaches of the Yangtze

and Han rivers.

It is a major transportation hub, with dozens of railways,

roads and expressways passing through the city. Holding sub-

provincial status, Wuhan is recognized as the political, economic,

financial, cultural, educational and transportation center of

central China.

From 2008 to 2014, AIESEC ZUEL has influenced more

than 20000 people! During this years, we strive to create the best

international platform with leadership opportunities to spread

intercultural communication value in society and build life-long

friendship between trainees, high students and local volunteers.
