This course explores regional and global drivers of

change and how to manage their impact on your

business or organization. Constant change is a given in

today’s workplace. The capacity to lead change

resistance among stakeholders, sometimes manifesting

itself as cynicism, denial or push-back. This course

provides practical techniques on how to build

engagement with, and commitment to, your vision and

how to develop your organization for greater success.
