Excel Tutorial - How To Attach Open Excel File To Email Message I show you how to attach an open file to an e-mail message quickly and easily. Usually people open a new e-mail message, click Attach button and then browse through folders and files on their computer. Can be a lengthy process, I like to show people how Excel can do their work for them. When I have my Excel file open on my screen, and I want to attach it to an e-mail message, I will go to my Quick Access Toolbar which I taught you how to set up in another video, and click Attach to Email button. Excel immediately opens up a new e-mail message and attaches your file to it. It also uses your file name as the subject line for this e-mail message. Now all you have to do is type an e-mail address and the e-mail message itself. You are done that quickly and easily. This, of course, works very well within Microsoft Office when you have an account in Outlook. Enjoy. Larissa
