directed and reviewed RFI’s, RFQ’s and change orders as well as project planning, scheduling, bidding and sub-contracting.

• Directed all crafts, trades and sub-contractors and maintained 3A Sanitary Guidelines during fabrication and install. Maintained GMP’s during construction mode and install, maintained project schedule and updated as required or needed and installed new high speed filler and can line for Budweiser, Houston.

• This included: empty can conveyors, can rinsers, high speed filler, capper, pasteurizer, a high speed weight checker, merge tables, can groups, case packers, shrink wraps, case x-rays, metal detectors and pack conveyors.

• This project was completed and started up on time. The project startup was ahead of the production curve on first run day and set production records by day 3 of startup.

PepsiCo Project Manager – Dallas, Texas • Constructability reviews, obtained and developed project scope, managed,

directed and reviewed RFI’s, RFQ’s and change orders as well as project planning, scheduling, bidding and sub-contracting.

• Directed all crafts, trades and sub-contractors and maintained 3A Sanitary Guidelines during fabrication and install.

• Maintained GMP’s during construction mode and install, maintained project schedule and updated as required or needed and directed pressure vessel code work.

• Oversaw daily operations of multi-million dollar construction project, installed new high speed hot filler and bottle line for Pepsi/Gatorade, Dallas.

• This included: empty bottle conveyors, bottle air rinsers, high speed filler, capper, pasteurizer, high speed weight checker, merge tables, high speed labeler, case packers, shrink wraps, case x-rays, metal detectors and pack conveyors.

• The project was completed and started up on time. The project start up met the production curve on first 3 days of startup. It also set production records by the end of the project once issues with the high speed labeler were resolved from the manufacturer.

• Monitored, reviewed and directed project planning and scheduling and directed all crafts, trades and subcontractors.

• Cheese and Dairy Spray Dryers – updated spray dryers with new fire suppression system bases upon product runs and temperature ranges, installed micro motions based upon density to better control spray dryers, installed new piping delivery system to cook rooms allowing simultaneously delivery of different products increasing production.

• Upgraded Cook Tanks scales to Rice Lakes, Assisted plant with annual audit to reduce cost and waste utilities.

experience in a variety of technical and functional projects and applications. He is

product line expansions and renovations; ammonia refrigeration in food processing

plants. Additional competencies include a variety of functions in utility power plants, industrial operations, and foundries. Joe utilizes a hands-on methodology of project
