Welcome to Every DetailWe, at Every Detail appreciate that planning a wedding takes a longtime. You can spend months, even years planning your perfectwedding. You’ll certainly find it a relief when that never-ending ticklist of tasks has been completed, you have everything in hand andall that’s left to do is sit back and enjoy what will be the best day ofyour life…

So, wouldn’t it be a shame after all that careful planning, you aren’tprepared for the unexpected on your wedding day? This is whereEvery Detail comes in; a complete wedding day attendance packagedesigned to relieve you, your friends and family from gettinginvolved in any last-minute tasks or trying to solve small hiccups.

We can co-ordinate with suppliers, help manage your plans and do the work on the morning ofyour wedding, such as setting out favours and last minute errands. Leaving you and your guestsonly one thing to do…enjoy your day.

Our on the day service includes a meeting (and detailed telephone conversations) with you in thelead up to your wedding, we will talk through all of your arrangements and create one of ourinfamous detailed timetables, so that we clearly understand what will be required of us on yourwedding day.

During your wedding planning, we encourage you to keep in touch and we’ll share with you manyof the fact sheets that we have produced that will help you during the planning stages of yourwedding as you choose and confirm your caterer, photographer, wedding cars etc. We can alsosuggest our preferred suppliers should you wish.

On your wedding day, your co-ordinator will visit you at your home in the morning and collect yourfavours, decorations, overnight bag - whatever you need taking to the hotel/reception venue.

Once we have overseen the preparations and set up at yourvenue whilst laying out all of your table decorations; we willgo to the Church (or ceremony venue) before you and yourguests arrive.

At the Church we will ensure that the Ushers know their roleand answer any questions your Groom and his best man mayhave.

Following your wedding ceremony, we will be on hand to ensure that your day runs in line withyour timetable, and will remain in contact with your caterer and reception venue whilst yourphotographs take place, and then continue to work in the background to ensure your day runssmoothly through to your first dance.

We usually meet with you around four weeks before your wedding day, but we do like to assist youany way we can, and have had lots of feedback from our previous clients to say how helpful theyhave found our factsheets and advice.

Our ‘Wedding Day Coordination’ service is £425, a £200 deposit is required at the time of bookingand the remainder is invoiced 6 weeks before your wedding day.
