Tips To Stretch Your Funds Hotels Quote High…VERY High. Like 30% High. Find Partners With Space

Like Microsoft, Law Firms, Google, etc. Sacrifice a nice space for the option to bring food. Bring in Outside A/V Negotiate with Everyone

Be Realistic With Your Time Have atleast 3 Months dedicated ~20hrs to view and choose venues 25hrs/week during prep (marketing, sponsors, agenda) 40hrs/week the last month 80hrs the final week. Do NOT do it alone.
