Terms and Conditions

Events to be confirmed and paid in full 7 days prior to event.

Cancellation within 7 days of event incurs a 100% cancellation penalty.

Technical requirements and support outside of the above in Il Grande will be outsourced and charged accordingly.

Set up, all rehersals and derigging must occur during the time booked at the venue.

Venues are only available between the times that have been booked, should an event exceed the confirmed booking, additional cost will be incurred.

Confectionery and catering are available on request and quoted separately.

Should there be a date and time blockbuster release (normally on a Wednesday) would pre-empt any venue hire bookings.
