PRE-EVENT MEETINGSTitanic Belfast is situated at 1 Olympic Way, Queen’s Road, Belfast, BT3 9EP. Underground car parking is available, there is a bus stop within 150m of the venue and the nearest train halt is Titanic Quarter.

If you are meeting a member of the Event Planning or Hospitality team, who will be your point of contact, you should make your way to our Visitor Services desk in the Giant Atrium. All desks are fitted with a hearing loop, have lowered counters and bright lights.

ACCESS ON THE DAY OF YOUR EVENT• All guests arriving to Titanic Belfast to attend an event will

arrive into the Giant Atrium. A dedicated concierge will be on-hand to help guide and direct your guests and events will be sign posted.

• Guests can make their way to the Banquet floors via either the internal escalator system or the scenic lifts.

• Please discuss with your event planner if you have specific additional signage requirements for your guests.

BATHROOM FACILITIES• There are accessible toilets within this venue designated for

public use. The banqueting floor has two areas with ladies, gents and accessible toilets available for event guests only

PARKING• There are 500 car parking spaces located in the underground

car park at the venue, charges apply for all guests including blue badge holders, full details can be found at www.titanicbelfast.com/visitorinfo

• There are 2 levels of underground car park. • Level – 1 has 4 x accessible spaces.• Level – 2 has 6 x accessible spaces.

WHEELCHAIRS• The circulation space within the building and Conference and

Banqueting suites is fully accessible for wheelchairs. Titanic Belfast has a number of wheelchairs which can be reserved on request please contact your Event Planner for further details.

SIGNAGE• If you should have special signage requirements for your event

please let your Event Planner know.

EMERGENCY EVACUATION• Trained First Aiders will be on hand to assist you and your

delegates.• Please make your Event Planner aware of any cases of mobility

issues (if known) in advance to allow the team to make provision for any emergency evacuation plans to be put in place.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE • SPECIAL DIETS – Titanic Belfast caters for a range of special

dietary requirements, please speak to your Event Planner for further details.

• HOSPITALITY SERVICE – should you have specific service requirements for your event, please discuss this with your Event Planner.

• MENUS AND WRITTEN INFORMATION – menus and other documents are available in a range of formats, please request the appropriate version from your Event Planner.

• ANNOUNCEMENTS – many areas of the building have hearing assistance systems in place, however the provision of a translator or note taker for those with hearing impairments would be the responsibility of the event organiser. Please speak to your Event Planner for further details.

ROOM LAYOUT AND EQUIPMENT• All rooms are set up in accordance with standard health and

safety regulations. If you have specific requirements please discuss these with your Event Planner during pre-event planning.

• AUDIO VISUAL – a hearing loop system is located in the Titanic Suite, please speak to your Event Planner for further details regarding coverage of this system.

• STAGING/RAMP – please enquire with your Event Planner for details on the addition of this at the event planning stage.

• ASD – if your event will have guests attending with ASD, please advise your Event Planner.

CONTRACTOR SERVICES• We can liaise with our contractors to provide information

relating to any details surrounding accessible requirements. If these services are engaged directly by the event organiser we may not be able to provide information relating to these services.
