Presented by Jan-Philipp Beck, CEO
I’m the CEO of EIT Health, one of the European Institute of Innovation and Technology’s KICs and have a background in the intersection between universities and business.
Universities and business operate in a symbiotic relationship – each operates individually, but both are dependent on each other and together are stronger
But UBC is only part of the solution. There is the need to engage with government, policy-makers and civil society to address our continent’s challenges.
The European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT) is an independent EU body. We enhance Europe’s ability to innovate by nurturing entrepreneurial talent and supporting new ideas.
