If not, so why. 1he answer lies not on the government but on us who continuously not heed the preventive measures th e government is tryi ng to in st ill on us It is on us who continuously re"ect the pieces of advice given to us through popular media, and who continuously adhere to the concept I kno w what is bett er for myself/  3ust recentl y reports on (re have roamed television 4ost of which are caused by carelessness in terms of using alternative light sources like lamps and candles 0ccording to reports, incidences rooted because parents, or any other individuals left a candle burning or lit amidst a pile of cloth or paper; put lamps or candles on areas reachable by children which might eventually cause such to fall causing massive destruction -hat do these citations tell us.
