to these authors, the size spectrum of their prey varies between 1 and 9 µm.” should instead read “According to Sprung (1993),the size spectrum of their prey varies between 1 µm and 4 µm, whereas Wright et al. (1996) observed up to 6 µm.”
On page 1248, under Chlorophyll a, on the 9th line, “(0.001 mol·m–3 HCl)” should read “(10 mol·m–3 HCl)”.On page 1256, in the 1st paragraph under Impacts of veligers on the food web, on lines 21 and 22, “… (prey size spectrum
1–9 µm)...” should read “… (prey size spectrum 1–6 µm)...”.
