Strategic Sourcing Manager | 2006 Led a cross-functional team that evaluated outsourced labor across our 120-station ground support equipment

(GSE) network. Outsourced labor in four cities; saved $300K and created a prototype for additional outsourcing.

Implemented consignment processes with Boeing and Aviall; eliminated cost of purchase orders and invoices. Eliminated ownership of $4M in inventory and reduced fill rate errors from 12% to less than 1.5%.
