sional consultants, engineers, architects, designers, contractors, and local labor to perform major improvement and maintenance projects. For exam-ple, in my last large-scale electrical project, I located a local, qualified con-tractor who performed excellent work for less than 20% of the nearest com-peting bidder’s price. Conducted walk-throughs and standardized Surveys of all buildings, me-chanical spaces, and all building systems, as well as grounds to include botanical gardens, hardscape, woodlands, and EPA-regulated floodwater fa-cilities, to identify needs, prioritize upgrades and repairs, and create pre-dictive maintenance schedules.

Managed Engineering, Custodial, Grounds, and Security departments with over 2-dozen employees, and thousands of volunteers.

Managed all maintenance and physical operations for the Temple, annex building, Mechanical Building, Visitors’ Center, and Grounds.
