NIFTY 50 7733.45 (-116.35) (-1.48)

May 2016, started off on a weaker note for

the Indian stock markets. Nifty opened on

a negative note, Nifty hit below 7800 mark

on Monday. On Tuesday Market was

highly volatile. After opening above the

7800 level nifty suddenly came down

below the support level 7750. On

Wednesday bulls were trapped in bear’s

grip. Nifty has closed below the support

level 7750. The market yet again closed in

the negative terrain extending its losingstreak to the third consecutive trading

session owing to persistent selling by the

FIIs amid weakness in global peers. On

Thursday Range bound movement was

there in the market. Snapping three-day

long falling spree, Nifty settled the day

above its key 7700-mark. On Friday

divergent trend for various index

constituents, the Nifty 50 indexprovisionally ended near the flat line. Nifty

managed to hold above its key 7700-mark.

The Nifty closed with a loss of mere two

points at 7733. The Nifty50 opened the

week at 7894.80, made a high of 7992,

low of 7788.70 and closed the week at

7849.80. Thus the Nifty closed the week

with a losing of -49.5 points or -0.63%

Formations

The 20 days EMA are placed at

7770.66

The 5 days EMA are placed at

7755.68

Future Outlook: The Nifty daily chart is bearish; we advi

to sell Nifty future around 7725-7

target 7600. The Nifty future buy

pressure above 7825 on closing basis. N

upside weekly Resistance is 7825-8

level. On the downside strong suppor
