Seminar scope

Many organizations have established a “three lines of defence” model for providing assurance on the effectiveness of risk management.viz responsibilities of management including control functions as the first line of defence, risk management functions as the second line of defence and internal auditing as the third line of defence.

This Seminar discusses various roles and responsibilities of internal auditors vis a vis the ERM functions in the organization. Both RBIA and ERM have matured since they came into existence years ago. Today, RBIA relies heavily on the ERM to provide the assurance to management including the audit committee and other stakeholders that all business risks including strategy and operational risk are mitigated thru an effective system of controls.

The Seminar speakers include leading audit professionals from India and abroad as could be seen from the detailed schedule given below.
