Preliminary Evaluation (1)

All components (Microblog, Wiki, Blog, Forum) have been

actively used. The participants themselve proposed additional

usage scenarios and immediately implemented these

scenarios

Participants positively reflect on the experiences they have

made and began to implement new ways of working into their

daily lives (Social Bookmarking, Dashboards etc.)

Social media savy learning facilitators seem to be a rare

species and the required time effort for the learning facilitators

was much higher than expected

Preliminary Evaluation (2)

From the participants point of view the learning journey in a

discovery mode was - compared with classroom training or a

WBT - a much more intense learning experience and

participants expect the result will be more sustainable due to

the iterations and feedback sessions

Community building among the participants is expected to be a

solid basis for networking and collaboration in future business

activities

Immediate transfer of new experiences (business-oriented

application of social media, networking, collaboration) into daily

working life is expected

Topics from the Competence for Enterprise 2.0 Round

Table

What is an appropriate technical environment

(LMS 2.0, PLE, social networking application,

Enterprise 2.0 platform, Mobile)?

What is the right mixture (methods, contents)?

Competencies of todays trainers: are there

enough trainers with Web 2.0 / social media

competence able to act as a learning facilitator?

Under which conditions is a broad corporate role-

out feasible (costs, resources, infrastructure)?

What amount of adoption is required for different

stakeholders or target groups?

If Enterprise 2.0 is more than an IT project, who

will be responsible?
