And every time, I wonder if my words could ever fully convey how much we appreciate and thank God for our partners. If you are a partner with this ministry, you literally make every single thing we do possible.

You know, Ive traveled the globe and I see so many people in need. But it doesnt overwhelm me anymore because I know we can alleviate their painsomething thats possible because of our partners. When we are able to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with the hurting and meet their physical needs, we begin to see lasting change in the hearts and lives of so many.

I cant tell you how much my life has changed since I began to truly understand the importance of reaching out to help others. I realized that if I really love God, then it should be a natural thing to reach out and help somebody else. Thats just part of being a Christian.

But I also realized that I cant do it all on my own. Thats where partnership comes in. When you become a partner, youre able to bring the pieces that I dont have. You bring your prayers, fi nances and encouragement. Youre helping us spread the Gospel all around the world.

Recently we had Annie Lobert, founder of Hookers for Jesus, on our TV program. What really excited me about her testimony was that after she found Jesus through our Enjoying Everyday Life TV program, she became a partner to help others who needed help too. She even founded Hookers for Jesus, a ministry reaching out to women trapped in a life of prostitution.

I think its important for you to know that your partnership goes even further than the outreaches of Joyce Meyer Ministries. You see, it was our partners who made it possible for Annie to view the TV program. Now shes helping others, who will go on to help even more. I dont believe well ever fully know the impact of what partnership can do to reach others with the life-changing Gospel of Jesus Christ.

So what does partnership mean to us? Everything.

PRAYING FOR YOU DAILY,

P.S. If youre not already a partner, I hope you will prayerfully consider partnering with us. Not only will it help us reach more people, I believe it will give you greater joy in your own life.

STAND WITH USBECOME A PARTNER TODAY!BECOME A PARTNER TODAY!

Sept/Oct 10 Page 3

Mag

enta

Yello

wC

YAN

BLA

CK

FOREIGNEEL.0910.02-03.indd 3 8/3/10 11:16:20 AM

CreditsPublisherJoyce Meyer Ministries, Inc.

Executive EditorsDaniel MeyerGinger Stache

Creative DirectorSteve DeShetler

Art DirectorJon Richert

Managing EditorDemian Farnworth

Staff WritersKacie CampbellMatthew LoomisAnne Williams

Graphic DesignersMegan RiordanAnna MonetteAmy RoffJessica DavisDanny Mehl

Production SupervisorGeorge Dill

Production ArtistsJeri Icenesse Jeff DouglasStacy WilliamsRobert Houston

Editorial ProofreadersCarolyn ColeyDar WoodSusan Hutchison

Production CoordinatorsBill SchlickMonica JohnsonJessica Turnbeaugh

PhotographersKevin KellyMike LeavittDavid DobsonKacie CampbellChad Spickler

All Bible references are from The Amplifi ed Bible unless otherwise noted.

Enjoying Everyday Life is published by Joyce Meyer Ministries, Inc., a nonpro t corp oration, Fenton, MO USA 2010 Joyce Meyer Ministries, Inc. Well, we know that some of you might be wondering, Whats the difference? So we thought wed try to answer some of your questions.

What is partnership?Plain and simple: Partnership is several people joining together to accomplish a task or meet a need that is greater than what they could do on their own.

You know, at Joyce Meyer Ministries were pretty aggressive when it comes to meeting needs. Everywhere we take the truth of Gods Word about love, we need to show love. When we are able to meet peoples physical needs, they open up to hear the Gospel.

I think too often we hear something and think its too big for us, and we

B Y J O Y C E M E Y E R

just let that shut us down. Thats why our partners are so important to us. We couldnt have the resources and opportunities to help in so many places around the world without them. But we need your help to reach even more.

hOW are partnership anD MissiOns COnneCteD?PartnershiPPartnership allows you to continually support the outreaches of Hand of Hope, Joyce Meyer Ministries World Missions. But it also helps support everything else we are able to do.

Youre providing a place for people to call in for prayer, free conferences and teachings through television and this magazine, employment and facility costs, and much more. Your partnership is literally making every part of this ministry possible. And we need every part and every partner to achieve our goal of reaching every nationevery cityevery day.

MissionsHand of Hope, the world missions di-vision of Joyce Meyer Ministries, exists to provide support for the poor, weak, needy, lost, and suffering around the world.

Your partnership is sending financial support to help nearly two-thirds of the world through Hand of Hope, Joyce Meyer

PartnershiP

how will you Make

a difference?

SEPT/OCT 10 Page 6

Mag

enta

Yello

wC

YAN

BLA

CK

ForeignEEL.0910.06-07.indd 6 8/3/10 12:06:24 PM

Ministries World Missions. Youre supporting feeding centers, orphan-ages, freshwater wells, medical care, prison outreach, and disaster relief, as well as rescuing girls from the sex industry, reaching the homeless in inner-city America, and sharing the Gospel worldwide through radio, television, Internet, print materials and conferences.

WHY SHOULD I GIVE?The Bible says in Acts 20:35, In everything I did, I showed you that by this kind of hard work we must help the weak, remembering the words the Lord Jesus himself said: It is more blessed to give than to receive (NIV).

I think a lot of people want to help. Maybe they dont have the time or the knowledge, but they have nances. This is why we partner together to accomplish the tasks God has called us to.

Some can do more than others, but all God asks you to do is what you can do. By the grace and mercy of God, we have many doors open to us. We want to continue helping the people we are helping, but we also want to walk through new doors and help even more.

I dont ever want to be the kind of person who just says, Well, Im doing enough. Im satis ed. No, I want to help as many people as I possibly can. We need you to do that, and I believe you need us because

together, we can do so much more than we can on our own.

WHERE DOES MY MONEY GO?Our partners are digging water wells in areas where there is no clean drinking water. That might not mean much until you watch a mom walk ve to ten miles one wayone wayevery day with a stone pot on her head just to get enough water to take care of her family for that one day.

Theyre also feeding hungry children, helping widows, building orphan-ages, visiting prisons, providing free medical careand so much more.

Each year more than 80 percent of all money raised through partnership goes directly into these outreaches, either by us helping directly or supporting already established ministries, to reach even more than we could on our own.

WANT MORE INFORMATION?See where the money goeswww.joycemeyer.org/annualreport

See where Hand of Hope is helpingwww.joycemeyer.org/handofhope

STAND WITH USBECOME A PARTNER TODAY!BECOME A PARTNER TODAY!

SEPT/OCT 10 Page 7

Mag

enta

Yello

wC

YAN

BLA

CK

ForeignEEL.0910.06-07.indd 7 8/3/10 12:07:17 PM

8 | ENJOY ING EVERYDAY L I F E | joycemeyer.org 8 | ENJOY ING EVERYDAY L I F E | joycemeyer.org

SEPT/OCT 10 Page 8

Mag

enta

Yello

wC

YAN

BLA

CK

SEPT/OCT 10 Page 8

Mag

enta

Yello

wC

YAN

BLA

CK

FOREIGN

SPECIAL OFFER: SAVE 20% $20 $16 U.S. Funds

joycemeyer.org

I Belong to God and He Loves Me65-Minute DVD by Joyce Meyer

Addis Ababa, EthiopiaETHIOPIA WOMENS HOMES

Mumbai, IndiaPREM KIRAN TRANSFORMATION CENTER

Los Angeles, USAJOYCE MEYER HUMAN TRAFFICKING SHELTER

Thessaloniki, GreeceTHE A21 CAMPAIGN

We are desperate to rescue as many as we can from this horrible existence.
