• In order to share new ideas and relate to a changing workforce, it is increasingly important to engage younger SAE members (35 and Younger).

• In this session:• Communicate effectively with younger

• Hold Events such as speakers, conferences or shows on University Campuses

• Governing Board Representatives• Each School is asked to have a representative

from a engineering society or team to attend monthly meetings

• If all else fails, offer free food or money!

• Design Challenge presentation followed by question and answer period by SAE Judges
